Name: Jonathan Quell

Appearance: Jonathan is actually a pretty big guy, 5'11". It's even more ironic that he is so big, and his power doesn't even involve moving any muscle in his body. He has short, spiky jet black hair that almost seems to be stuck in it's place. Not extremely thick eyebrows, but thicker than an average person's. His eyes are grey, he likes to tell people his are are a "superior" color because eyes are a portal to the mind. He wears a collared black vest over a deep red long sleeved shirt. There are six pockets on his vest, something the size of a grenade could easily fit. He has black cargo pants with two extra pockets along his thighs, along with black heavy military issue boots.
Weaponry: A pistol (rarely used, his mind is a much better projectile) attached to a holster belt on his right hip and an eight inch blade sheathed upside-down across his back.
Equipment: In several of his pockets, he carries viles of painkillers and antibacterial alcohol.
History: Jonathan never liked staying at home much, being 16, his family life wasn't something easily missed. He usually stayed out into the night with friends, then sneak silently back into the house and slipped to his room. One of those nights, about 3 blocks from his home, when a van parked on the corner of the park opened it's doors. The rest happened so fast, Jon couldn't realize what had happened, he only could recognize two colors... Black, the military, and white, as he passed out from the sedative.
Other: His eyes weren't always grey, it was just a slight side-effect from the serum. The serum affected his mind in such a way, that it began draining pigment from his pupils, it was pretty constant until 4 years ago.

Appearance: Akira Yuki's face and hair.Ryo is normally seen in a white Karate Gi. Occasionally he can be seen wearing an unbuttoned overshirt and black t-shirt with deep blue pants. Ryo has more than average muscularity (I'd say about the size of Goku or so) and stands at about 5'11".
Special Techniques: Aero Spear - standard Ki-wave blast, blueish white colored.
Feral Morph - Transforms into a (gasps) feral panther, gaining strength but losing the maneuverability of his human form. (IE: Arms and fingers.) He can only stay in this form for about an hour tops, but trains a little every day in hopes to morph longer.
Ki Geyser Channels a substantial amount of energy through the feet and into the ground and emerges a few feet from the user as a pillar or concentrated energy.
Lack-Luster Shot The user begins tossing several small nearly harmless energy blasts towards an opponent with an occasional blast that is much stronger than the others.
Items: A short little ceremonial dagger given to him by his master and father, who passed away recently, which is decorated with a gold hilt and 3 red and blue alternating jewels on the blade itself.
History:Ryo's father and master, Kenturo Kusanagi, entrusted his son with the secret of the Feral Transformation. Over two years ago, Kenturo was diagnosed with a rare blood disease which slowly drained spinal fluid which has crippling affects.

Other important Information: Ryo trains daily to perfect his Feral Morph ability. He has witnessed his father morph into something bigger than his normal morph, and trains to get to that level himself.

Real Name: Nathan Inrid
Alias: Chimera

Age: 27
Normal Appearance: His face changes from day to day, due to his powers. Looking in a mirror, he has a rather long face, narrow chin and strong jawbones accent his face. Rectangular framed glasses adorn his face. Nathan usually wears a long black jacket which he carries supplies for work in, along with his knives if a scuffle breaks out. Due to an innate ability, he fools others eyes to change his face from person to person, nobody describes his face the same way.
Costumed Appearance: No need for one since nobody can ever pin-point him in a crowd.
Morality: His Morals are good, but let's just say he enjoys his work... alot...

Speed- 5 (flight ONLY) (1 - for ground movement)

Intelligence- 5 (I need to explain a little here though... Nathan is by far NOT the most book-smart person on the street. He is only smart because he engrosses victims and lures them to give out information, and he has gotten good at persuading/deceiving humans. Although he knows the human body very well, pressure points, major veins and arteries.)
Physical Combat- 5
Ranged Combat- 10
Genetic Abilities:
Fata Morgana - Translated to Trick of the Eye. This is Nathan's innate and involuntary ability to fool any body's eyes.
Flight - Nathan's ONLY mode of semi-quick transportation.
Phantasmagoria - Nathan's minor illusion ability. He can make an small group of people see things that aren't real.
Fatalis Apparition - Mass Illusion. Wide Area Illusions can be generated within almost a mile from Nathan. The downside to this, is it takes a tremendous amount of energy and occasionally gives Nathan strenuous headaches than can render him helpless.
Desperation - When Nathan becomes frantic or trapped, his Illusions begin to take on physical form, very slightly. An example is Nathan uses a Tiger or something along the lines, and the slash of the tigers claws only induce pressure and nothing more.
Weaknesses -
1) Due to his neglect to his physical prowess, he is very weak, even by normal human standards.
2) His Illusionary abilities are greatly hindered in areas with strong light. (Heavy sunlight or flood light lamps and the sort.)
3) Pictures and reminders of his wife, Linda, whom he killed with his own hands out of blood lust.
History: Nathan is an artist, and is very skilled with his hands. Not only does he draw and paint, he also sculpts and casts plastic molds from his shop on the edge of town. Rarely, Nathan enjoys "fingerpainting", though not in the same sense as a Kindergardener. He enjoys the feeling of the paint in his hands, and the kind of beauty it can create. At one point in his life, he had gotten so attached to it, that he craved the blood in peoples veins. This lust drove him crazy enough to commit murder. He murdered his own wife Linda in an illusion he himself created, though he didn't realize it at the time. After he knew what he had done, he packed what he could, and found an apartment. His Illusion powers developed from that incident, however he still regrets actually killing his loved one, and breaks down at seeing her face.
Other: He carries a couple of small knives in carriers inside his jacket.

Appearance : As a hobby, he thoroughly loves metal working. As such, his body is tuned to suit it; tall muscular body, resistant to heat, with a few burn scars on his forearms and legs. He has solid brown eyes, and short black hair. Since he's almost always on duty as a Balrenian Criminal Guard, he's almost always dressed the part. Wide-brimmed cowboy-styled black hat, dark brown dust guard, collared black shirt, and black-denim jeans. He has two metal-leather gloves, on his left hand, he's melded some of his own handy work to create a simple leather glove, with an iron plate extending to his elbow, creating a spike at it's end. The other, much smaller glove only has metal on the back side of his hand and wrist. On his boots, he's designed a blunt point on the toes and heels of both. He carries only two weapons: A heavy mace-like
Tonfa (also seen Here) holstered behind his right hip, and a solid black revolver on his left hip. Under his dust guard, he usually wears his usual black cloak covering his chest and lower body. It is tied above his right shoulder made to quickly shed if a fight erupted.
Likes : Law-abiding citizens, civil criminals, and a good hollow
thwack.
Dislikes : Gun fights...
Personality : Very stern, rarely cracks jokes, but enjoys a good laugh. When he isn't monitoring the cells, or hunting foul activity, he's at home with his wife, or creating something painful at the blacksmith.
Alliance : Balrenia - City Guard
Position : Balrenia, but is willing to travel to hunt big crimes.
